How to create an agency account

As a new Agency:
It’s important that you have your phone ready as well with a working mobile network for multi-factor authentication later during the registration process.

1. Open the PRIOjet website on a browser on https://app.priojet.com/switch-account.
2. Click on ‘Sign-up as an Agency’, agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and then Click on ‘Sign up as an Agency’.
3. Follow the prompts and enter your information as the agency account owner. You can add and manage users/employees later.
4. After signing up, you will be presented with the subscription plan options. Select which one you like, and then enter your credit card details to start your 14-day trial period straight away. Within the first 14 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time free of charge and test the full range of PRIOjet functions included in the subscription plan.
5. Once done, you will be directed to your Agency Cockpit and can invite and manage additional agency users/employees within your agency. You can also start inviting and connecting to your couriers right away. You can assign admin rights and invite additional agency employees in the “Profile” -> “User management” -> “Manage agency users” menu.

IMPORTANT: It is recommended to accomplish the Agency Profile first before inviting Couriers to connect because initially, the agency profile is patterned after the account owner. For example, the displayed agency email in the invitation emails is initially the owner’s email address. If that is supposed to be different than the user’s, then it’s best to update it once you gain access to the app.
