How to chat with couriers?

  • Individual OBC chat:
    • To chat with individual couriers, go to the job overview card and click/tap on the ‘View all couriers’ button to see the options to chat with the courier and to view their profile.
    • You can also click/tap on “See all Jobs” from the Cockpit, select the appropriate Job, click “Manage Couriers”, search for the respective Courier based on their assignment status, then click “Chat” to initiate a conversation and discuss job details or other information.
  • Job group chat (including all the OBCs that are accepted to do the job):
    • This is only enabled on jobs that are already started.
    • On started, finished or cancelled jobs, notice that the ‘Job chat & tracking’ button is enabled. Click/tap the button to start chatting with all the OBCs involved at the same time. This is also where the ‘Track & Tracing’ reporting starts.
    • The ‘Job chat & tracking’ button will also appear on the individual chat’s screen once the job is started and the courier is accepted to do the job.

You can also open the chats from the system notifications, from the chat notifications that you receive from the couriers who are involved in a job.
