How to create the time plan of a transport job?

The ‘Planning’ button on the job overview card opens a screen that contains a pre-defined list of tracking points for the transport job. The tracking point list is expertly curated to have the standard tracking points that OBCs normally take during a transport mission.

  • You as an agency user can select the tracking points that they want to be included or excluded in the status reporting by the OBC by checking and unchecking the checkboxes on the left of the tracking point name.
  • Target times for the tracking points can also be set by opening a small form by clicking on the 3 dots on the right end of the tracking point.
  • All tracking points are set and displayed in the local time (LT) of the respective tracking point location.
  • Flight information and flight tickets (PDF and images) can also be added directly on planning. By default, there is only one flight leg, but more flights can be added at the bottom of the last flight leg.
