All accepted OBCs for the job will be part of the ‘Job chat & tracking’.
It’s a group chat with several functionalities focused on planning the transport job and tracking the progress of the transport job.
All confirmed couriers are automatically in this group chat and any information, both from the agency side and the OBC side, is immediately visible to all participants.
