Can other agencies see my connected couriers?

No, other agencies cannot see your courier network. Data protection is of great importance to PRIOjet and therefore to the privacy and protection of your courier, customer and order data.

All the agencies on the platform only have access to their own, established courier network.

Other logistics agencies cannot access your couriers or contact your couriers, unless a courier has an existing business relationship with another agency that was established before PRIOjet and was also invited to PRIOjet as part of this partnership. In this case, the courier will be in contact with you and the other invited agency. PRIOjet is NOT an intermediary platform and does not broker couriers between agencies. PRIOjet only supports existing business relationships.

You therefore do not have access to couriers that you do not yet know or that you have not yet invited.
For an easier and faster invitation of couriers, you can also use the PRIOjet Application Tool, which you can integrate directly on your website and with which you can accept or reject courier applications even more easily.

The couriers you approve will then automatically receive an invitation code to create a profile and work with your logistics agency on PRIOjet. This skips the invitation process from the phone or CSV file on the web site. It’s like having OBCs apply at your doorstep.
