I don’t want to continue using my account after the 14-day trial period, what do I have to do?

You can cancel your subscription even if you are just on the trial period. To cancel a subscription, use a web browser, go to https://app.priojet.com and log in with your agency credential. Go to the ‘Profile’ menu and look for the ‘Agency Account Settings’ link. You will see the subscriptions that you have and from there, look for the subscription that you want to cancel and just click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ button of the active subscription card that you have. Your subscription will become inactive after the 14-day trial.
