When and how can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you have an active one. To cancel a subscription, use a web browser, go to https://app.priojet.com and log in with your agency credential. Go to the ‘Profile’ menu and look for the ‘Agency Account Settings’ link. You will see the subscriptions that you have and from there, look for the subscription that you want to cancel and just click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ button of the active subscription card that you have.
