How can I cancel my paid OBC subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel a subscription, use a web browser, go to https://app.priojet.com and log in with your courier credential. Go to the ‘Profile’ menu and look for the ‘Courier Account Settings’ link. You will see the subscriptions that you have and from there, look for the subscription that you want to cancel and just click on the ‘Cancel subscription’ button of the active subscription card that you have. Your subscription will fall back to OBC Basic when the paid subscription’s end date is reached.
