Other Documents can be any type of documents and evidence that do not fit into any of the other predefined categories. These documents are optional and are not mandatory.
You can store, update, check and delete all your documents and proofs in your courier profile at any time. Your connected logistics agencies have direct access to all your stored data and documents. This means that you only must maintain all your documents, data and proofs in one place. All logistics agencies connected to you are always up to date. This eliminates the need for further data and document exchange before placing an order and booking a flight. To Upload and Update all your other Documents open “PROFILE” > “MY DOCUMENTS” >”Other Documents”.
Always ensure that your documents are up-to-date and valid.
