What are background documents and are they mandatory?

So you must maintain all your documents, data and proofs only in one place. All logistics agencies connected to you are always up to date. This eliminates the need for further data and document exchange before placing an order and booking a flight.
To Upload and Update your Background Documents open “PROFILE” > “MY DOCUMENTS” ->”Background Documents”.
Always ensure that your documents are up-to-date and valid.
