Where can I enter my job updates?

As a courier, it is your duty to report your job status updates and the app has a more sophisticated way to do that.
At the top of the ‘Job chat & tracking’ screen, you will see the ‘Send your tracking point’ button. This also shows the tracking point that you are trying to accomplish which is what the agency is also seeing.
When your next job step tracking point is completed, do the following:
- Press the ‘Send your tracking point’ button to open the tracking point form
- Accomplish the tracking point form. The date, time, and location are required but this information is already pre-filled with your current actual location and time. Some tracking points give you the option to upload attachments as well, such as photos or PDF files.
- Press ‘Save & continue’ to automatically go to the next tracking point.
